That's worth considering, but I know that there are some disadvantages, although I've forgotten what they were. I was living in Cape Town when the city ran short of water. It was quite an experience.

I've now moved to Ireland where I don't think they will run short of water. I also got my daughter out of Houston because I think the heat is eventually going to kill lots of people. I left Cali in 2014.
