That would depend on what you spoke about, wouldn't it? The real issue is the bullshit that Americans argue about.

The trick is to divert from issues currently spoken about, and express things in such a way that both parties will find common ground.

So, for instance, with the msny climate diasasters, if a president presented a safe housing plan, at cost, to people, people in both parties would be interested.

The problem is a lack of imagination, an inability to divert people's attention. When a mother sees two kiddies fighting, she doesn't get in between them. She says loudly and clearly, "Who wants an ice cream?"

My time spent as an evangelical Christian showed me just how easily those people are bought and swayed.
