That kind of equality is simply not possible. Human beings are different. Some want more than others, and they will never be happy if they don't have more than others. Others are incapable of spending wisely, and no matter how much you give them, they will always be poor.

The best economic system is one that allows for these differences, but makes sure it can never be too extreme. So while there will be differences in income, nobody will be that poor that they can't eat or can't live in dignity, and nobody will be that rich that they can tell others what to do.
