That is so much bull. I speak a number of languages, had an Afrikaans mother who came from a very poor home. I spent holidays there - a mud adobe home with no running water or electricity. My late father was German with 3 degrees, speaking 11 languages, and well off enough financially to send us all to private, very expensive schools - in English. My mother was Christian and my father was Jewish.

So I grew up with three languages, Christian culture, Jewish culture, very poor culture, very rich culture, very educated culture, very uneducated culture.

I have lived and worked in six countries (now in my 7th) on three continents and traveled much further.

I can assure you I am multi cultural, or rather a-cultural.

I get along just find these days (the problem was Asperger's - not different cultures). And I fit in just fine with some groups, but not others. Everybody doesn't fit somewhere.
