That is fuzzy logic. The one has nothing to do with the other. That said, we are curious. So are all animals. And if consciousness is defined as self awareness, and if animals are not self aware, then being curious has nothing to do with being aware.

I have always found that the kind of people who are interested im this question of 'consciousness' tend to be unhappy, and they think if they csn solve this problem, they will be healed in some wsy.
