Ireland is only expecting the housing situation to be resolved in 2030. They are now building 24,000 units per year. That essentially means that they currently have a shortage of 200,000 homes. That's how many people can't find a place to stay.

We are considering going to stay in the UK for six months, then moving to Denmark, Spain, or Malta, but are playing it by ear.
