Tell me, I’m extremely curious. What is it about some Americans that think that being scared in a dangerous situation is something to be ashamed of.

From where I’m standing, it’s stupid not to take precautions when the situation warrants.

It’s also more stupid not taking the time to learn the base knowledge to handle the situation correctly.
