South Africa? What has that got to do with anything? I'm a dual South African/German citizen.)

I haven't paid tax in any country - America, Scotland, Spain, and South Africa for years. My income has been between zero (my daughter supported me in the States) to Scotland where I earned 100 quid a week to South AFrica where my total income, including a grant from the South African government was about $300.

I got lucky in Portugal because I started earning from Medium and I got donated quite a bit of money by someone. My sister paid for my fair and my year's rent in advance. These were donations. Donations are not taxable.

I have been living in dire poverty for more than 20 years. That is why I went to Portugal - it is the cheapest country in Europe.

Do you have any other questions? I am sure you want to make it all my responsibility. I also don't give a s**t what the Portuguese government does or attempts to do, I am not being dishonest, and they can check it all.
