Sorry, you're sprouting American propaganda. 'Western Empire" has NOT sought to encircle Russia. Much of Europe has traded with her, and the issue is Putin's desire to restore the Russian Empire. He has publicly acknowledged that the USSR should not have dissolved.

Nor has 'Western Empire' 'constrained China.' It has attempted financially to keep the dollar exchange rate down, and it spews endless propaganda about communist China. Examples are that Africa is full of Chinese. That is bs, and I speak in my capacity as having lived in Africa for 40 years.

I'm not sure about American threatening Iran, because it is not something I am following. America has certainly intervened in the affairs of many 'lesser' nations and brought about a change of leadership.

However, none of this has anything to do with what is happening now.
