Sorry. Not true. Not one word of it. Basically, the highly skilled people can immigrate because all countries allow highly skilled people in - so long as they can prove the skills.

I have lived in multiple countries, and in every single country, the conditions for the working classes have gotten worse because when business can employ people at slave wages, they are no longer willing to pay the workers of that particular country a living wage.
