So, throughout history, whenever people wrote on a clay tablet or they wrote on a scroll or they wrote a book, etc. they were all in some form of virtual reality?

Apart from the fact that I don't have a tablet, if I didn't need a phone to confirm my identify for my bank, etc. I wouldn't have a phone. I don't give my phone number for anyone.

The only thing I use my laptop for is catching up with the news, writing for a living, receiving email, keeping in touch with friends on facebook (Most of them I went to school with 60 years ago), I fail to see how any of this even comes close to virtual reality.
