So let me tell you why I will never buy Bitcoin.

1. It's an investment, and don't buy investments because I think it upholds a system I don't believe in. More than that, it's speculation, and in this particlar case, there isn't even any solid worth (like food, for instance) to it. It's pie in the sky - the prince with no clothing.

2. It's using up masses amounts of energy, and that is a big no-no when our world is approaching massive fall out from climate change.

3. I prefer change in my purse and money in the bank. I seriously do not want to deal with online currency. I opened an N26 account for 5 minutes and closed it again. I still prefer cash in hand.

4. I don't care for the kind of people who have Bitcoin. They appear to be suffering from some kind of paranoia.

5. A bit of a dollar is called a cent. Just, however, try buying a whole bitcoin, and see how much it costs you. Fortunately, I can afford an entire dollar.

6. Dollars are totally anonymous, too. I am willing to bet nobody knows the number on the dollar bill in my purse.
