Reality and culture are not the same thing. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. That is reality. Rain always falls from clouds. That is reality.

Reality has nothing to do with culture. So that premise falls rather flat.

Ethics have nothing to do with a business. There is no such thing as business ethics. Ethics are rules for the greatest well-being for the GREATEST NUMBER for the longest period of time.

Therefore, at this point, ethics are global. An ethic cannot be good for one country but bad for another country. Business can never be ethical because its purpose is profit for the few at the expense of the many.
