One swallow does not a summer make. Of course, there are a handful of good employees. However, I have worked for enough of them to know that most are very unfair and unpleasant.

Why else, depending on the country, do somewhere between 75% and 95% of people hate their jobs. It always goes back to the way they are treated. The number one reason is the way the boss treats them.
