One last point, Tony. There are 195 countries in the world. In terms of inequality, America is 13th from the bottom while my native South Africa is at the bottom. In addition America has 5 times more people imprisoned per capita than China and more people underl lock and key than any other country in the world.

Shouldn't you be comparing America with the best countries in the world (in which case it falls very short) rather than comparing it with what you consider to be the three worst?
