Okay, let's start.

1. Forget about making the world a better place. Jesus Christ (or some other guy) tried that 2000 years ago, and the world has not improved. There is absolutely nothing you can do to make the world a better place. Your best bet is to look after yourself, make a few good friends, and learn to enjoy the few things you are able to earn and generate.

2. Unless you are talented/gifted, forget about creative writing. I know that people tell you that it can be learnt, but anyone who knows how to write creatively is gifted. They all are. That does not mean you can't earn a living writing. You can. You just have to figure out which market.

3. If you're suffering from depression, take magnesium and learn to swim. If you can't swim 20 laps everyday, then buy Dr. Lloyd Glauberman''s HPP recordings and listen for at least 30 minutes every day. Quickest, most effective way I know out of depression.

4. If you have long covid or epsom barr or something, accept it. Be kind to yourself. Yes, take magnesium and one clove of minced raw garlic with a teaspoon of honey once a day. When it gets too much stop. Take when you can stomach it.

5. Where there is life, there's hope. Firstly, you have to find out what really excites you. Before you even think about to do with the rest of your life, consider what draws you, what attracts you, and go from there.
