Oh, yay. I have told people this for years.

I am here to tell you that after many months of soul searching, reflection, and research, I began to understand that “following your passion” is more or less a lie and a bit of bad advice. And the sooner one discovers that “following your passion” may not be the best approach, the sooner that person can uncover a fulfilling career.
