Oh, and people are going to stop reproducing? I don't think so.

I do think people will stop driving cars. When enough of them have died. When they have lost their homes and cars through fire and floods. When the insurance will no longer cover natural disasters. When it finally sinks in, believe me, they will begin to make damn sure the government builds public transport.
