Often, but not always. It depends on the person's life, doesn't it? There was a time in my life that I lived through more in a year that most people do in six lifetimes.

So far, this year, I have lived in 3 countries on two continents and in four cities. I have spent the last 5 months living out of a suitcase. I have had numerous dramas as I've attempted to find a country to live in on tuppence and with no vaccination (as yet).

I recall, already in my early 30, when someone asked me what I wanted to do with my life. I said 'write.'

The lady turned to me and said "Tess, if you want to write, all you have to do is tell your life story. It would take Dallas off the TV screens.'
