Not sure what your point is. I lived in America for 11 years. Every research paper indicates that in order to be successful, one has to be rich parents. Upward mobility in America is very difficult. Much easier in the EU and the UK.
Other studies show that there is the same percentage of genius and talent amongst the poor as the rich. The missing elements are early education and available resources, i.e. training and education. The state does not provide to the degree that rich parents do.
Nor do the poor have the contacts that the rich do.
Your two perspectives make no sense, and I can certainly see no relationship to what you said or I said. Mind explaining further?
