Nope. Problem solvers. There are electricians out there that are tremendously intelligent. They aren't intellectuals - they are problem solvers.

Many intellectuals are not intelligent. They are educated. There's a difference.

High IQ means your problem solving ability. Nobody should be in a leadership position without being able to solve problems.

IQ has a bad reputation because it has been misapplied. Nobody is an inferior person because they have a lower IQ than someone else. Not everything in life needs complex problem solving ability. But political leadership most definitely does.
