Nope, not familiar with it, but I just googled it. My late mother was a malicious narcissist and an incredibly hard worker. My sister once received a letter from an international company saying that she was the only member of staff (out of 33,000) that didn't require any motivation. Must be internal - same for me.
Perhaps we interpret good character differently. To me, it is about doing the right and ethical thing even when it means losing everything. Certainly, if one is paid to do the job, the ethical thing to do id do the job.
Howver, 21% of CEOs are recognized as psychopaths, which hardly means they are of good character - yet they work hard, and a good few of them are billionaires.
