No, that's not it. The richest nations have never given two shits about the poorer nations. They rape their lands for the raw minerals, for cheap labour, and they give nothing back. They don't consider people who live in 3rd world countries to be people.

When I was living in San Diego, I used to see that certain trial medications were not permitted use on humans. When I was living in South Africa, I was shocked to see Africans being used for those trials.
