No, people are not selfish. Some people are selfish. I am not selfish. My daughter is not selfish. My late father wasn't selfish. Other family members were selfish.

The peple who are the most selfish are business owners,. That's why 21% of business owners/CEOs are psychopaths. That's what the science says.

The fact that you see all people as selfish says a lot about you - people tend to see themselves reflected in other people.

People don't have any savings at this point. How do you save when 50% to 60% of your income is spent on rent, and the rest on food, when there is no money for a medical insurance, etc?

I think that you think people earn far more than they do.

Capitalism is a terrible system. It will always result in some being super rich and most being very poor. That's because the kind of people driven to make money at any cost and get rich will always abuse the rest.
