I find having discussions very draining. When someone has a limited education, one can't just refer to something in the hope that they know what you are talking about. You have to spell it out, and that takes a lot of time. I'm just too tired to want to do that anymore.

I'ts one thing to have a discussion with someone who accepts that extreme wealth disparity is harmful to the general good and then disagree with ways to fix it. It's another to discuss this same issue with someone who sees no reason why people can't be richer than god. For the first, one, the person comes from the same value system.

For the second, it's such a completely different world view, and there are so many different aspects to this world view, that one would spend weeks and months covering all the different aspects. I can't do that anymore. To me, that's not interesting. It's draining.
