No, I actually don't agree with that assessment at all. I'm saying exactly the opposite - that there are many situations on this earth that it doesn't matter how brilliant or blessed you are - the situation is not solveable.

If you are on holiday in some Asian country, and you are on the beach, and a tsunami arrives, I don't care who the hell you are, getting out of the way if you are standing on the foreshore is virtually impossible (unless you have wings).

People who keep blaming others for their inability to get out of situations simply have not ever been in a situation where, regardless of their aiblities and resources, do not have sufficient ability or resources to get out of the situation.

Human intelligence and human resources have their limitations. We cannot fly. We cannot fight lions. We cannot get out of Chinese prisons. We cannot produce wine from water. And so on, and so forth.
