Natalie, I have noticed a correlation between how frequently I write and how many reads I get. When I drop off for a few days (life gets in the way), I find my numbers drop.

I have noticed that I have very regular readers, and if they don't have a new article to read, then I do drop traffic.

I agree that poor writing shouldn't be published. However, I think that if one has the capacity (lots of time) to be able to write frequently to publication standard, there is nothing overtly wrong with writing often.
