My sister was a professional dancer. My brother was a professional musician, and for most of my life, I've written for a living. My daughter is an amazing artist.

I've associated with many artists. Sorry, there is nothing that separates them emotionally, psychologically, or intellectually from people who work in other fields.

Artists are just ordinary people. The idea that they go through some sort of torture in order to produce is garbage.

When my sister was at art school, the kids there were no different to the kids at any other school.

I don't know what a world without art has to do with my statement that it is just another job.
