Let's just go back to the beginning with this. I am fully aware of the facts. My sentence read "the virus is NOW so widespread..." In other words, there was a time, shortly after it started, that it could have been stopped.

As to the longivity of the vaccine, I have read statements from several companies that it will only last a certain length of time. The point is it won't last a life time, and that is the problem. I'm not interested in having boosters every year. That isn't solving the problem.

My point was that our lives have changed, that the virus is unlikely to be eliminated AT THIS STATE, AS OPPOSED TO WHEN IT FIRST STARTED, and that we will probably be masking up for the rest of our lives.

You have no evidence that that will not be so.
