Just who, exactly, is advocating communism in the west. During the past 7 years, I have lived in America, Scotland, Spain, South Africa, Germany, and now Portugal. Nobody is advocating communism. What is happening, though, is that there is a return to old labour values that flourished throughout the 40s, 50s, and 60s. It made the world a kinder, nice place to live in.
The system was called a mixed economy, i.e. the taxes of the people were used to supply necessary services to hte people at a subsidized price. That is still the system in much of western and northern europe. We all still have our cvil rights.
And nobody here is talking about totalitarianism.
Nobody is talkinga bout it in America either. What is happening is clear to me. You are assoicating with the wrong people, and you misunderstand how first world governments work. They are mostly progressive.
Progressive isn't communist. And conservativdes in America, because they are beyond ignorant want to say that it is.
