Judea comprised two of the tribes of Israel - Judah and Benjamin, and it was settled in the area surrounding Jerusalem - pretty much the land that the Romans occupied. To my mind, it is still Israel.

Yes, the only two ways mankind has assigned land ownership is war and occupation.

Israel does not have a policy of eradication of the other. Palestine may, but I'm not sure. Hamas does. To quote Hamas "We will kill every Jew in Israel, and then we will kill every Jew in the world, and then we will come for the rest (the unbelievers). If anyone is guilty of the goal of genocide, it is Hamas.

I was also very careful when I looked at the polls to differentiate between Palestine and Gaza. Gaza is part of Palestine. However Palestine comprises the West Bank, Golam Heights, and Gaza. Gaza used to belong to Egypt. But Egypt also has a wall - doesn't want them crossing into Egypt either. I wonder why.

Israel does not want Palestinians dead. A subsect of Jews in Israel do - the ultra-orthodox (Haredi). They believe that God them Israel 3000 or 4000 years ago. They are as crazy as the guys who believe that they will receive 72 virgins and the ones who are doing everything to fast-pace the second coming.

Israel has been quite clear that it wants to kill Hamas once and for all. It has also repeatedly told Palestinians to move when it was going into a certain area. That is not the sign of a nation bent on genocide.

Genocide has a very specific definition. The United Nations and the dictionary share that definition. By that definition, Hamas is guilty of genocide - Israel is not.

Not sure what you mean about Israel giving land to the Palestinians. Hamas has continually refused any offer. They want Israel gone.
