I've read and reread what you are saying too many times to count. I just don't get it. Are you referring to me?

Perhaps the references to happiness, creatives, and gurus has confused me. Also the bit about creative people being flawed in normal ways.

Are you saying that because I'm a writer, I'm a creative? And because I'm a creative, I'm flawed, and because I'm flawed, I'm looking for someone to make me un-flawed?

If so, that's not it at all.

I'm not a creative. I don't care if I'm flawed. So what. All the self-improvement people boggle my mind. Life is far too short to care about improving oneself.

If one is born with a crooked leg, one just finds a way to walk, and one gets on with life. Surely, these people can't seriously think that everybody who has a crooked leg must want to have their emotions and feelings about the crooked leg appeased? Surely, they might realize that someone might just want to know if there is an artificial leg somewhere, and if so, how does one get hold of it?
