I've left and rejoined Twitter many times. Fortunately, I don't care about people following me. I also don't follow celebrities or anyone who has a lot of followers.

I just want to see what is trending in case there is anything serious like an atom bomb going off.

Also, when it's flooding, I want to see pictures if youtube doesn't provide much.

I'm thoroughly enjoying watching everybody throw their toys out of the window, plus I'm waiting for Mr. Musk to see how quickly public opinion fails, and wondering if he is going to lose his shirt or win the lottery.

It's great fun.
