I've always hated cars. Never wanted to own one or pay the costs to go with them - insurance, upkeep, and monthly payments. I hate them.

I never found freedom in owning them. I found freedom in not having to pay out that much money for something I found ugly.

To me, public transport is infinitely cheaper, and it allows me to go where I want to. Then, again, I've never had much of a yen to go out socializing.
