It's a nice article, but it doesn't tell me anything that I don't already know. I read the Guardian, the Independent, and the Daily Mail to get a feel for all things British. And these issues have all been covered there. Unfortunately, the Telegraph wants one to pay... :)
None of this covers what are the vital issues of the day - that we're on our way to extinction as a result of various paths...
1. There are more and more articles appearing that nuclear warfare will not result in the destruction of the world.
2. That minorities now have a larger say in what is happening than the majority do.
3. That climate change, within the next 5 or 6 years will disrupt farming, destroy cities, impact on clean water, and cause increasing migration to such a degree that 'safe cities' will no longer be safe.
4. That there is mass psychological warfare going on, and both the UK and the US have such a high level of misinformed and uneducated people that they buy into this information. First the Republicans feel and elected Trump (Cambridge Analytica) and now Iran and Russia have catered to Liberal sensitivities, and it looks like Trump is winning the next election (so the polls indicate). It seems that very few people can differentiate between fact and fiction.
5. There's another factor as well - the increasing manipulation of digital warfare - blocking electronic signals so that electronic instruments are no longer safe. A few years ago, while living in Portugal, the country was off line for 3 days. It was an interesting experience.
I will read more of your stuff in future. Thank you for reading what I had to say.
