It was started by a priest and no CEO is allowed to earn more than 5 times what the person at the bottom is. The company, over a period of time has opened training schools, and nobody in the area suffers from poverty. They can apply for monthly income.

I think to keep going for nearly 80 years and continually expand, etc. Is a sign of massive success, don’t you?
