It would lead to incredible success. Google the Mondragon cooperative which has been going for nearly 70 or 80 years now and employs something like 84,000 workers internationally

It was started by a priest and no CEO is allowed to earn more than 5 times what the person at the bottom is. The company, over a period of time has opened training schools, and nobody in the area suffers from poverty. They can apply for monthly income.

I think to keep going for nearly 80 years and continually expand, etc. Is a sign of massive success, don’t you?
