It wasn’t. I thought about adding in Thailand, Canada, and New Zealand, but discarded them for the following reasons.

1. Most Americans would be familiar with Canadian immigration laws.
2. Thailand is complicated.
3. The P.M. of New Zealand recently put a ban on Americans buying property there.
