It helps to know what genocide is. Hamas, not Israel, is guilty of attempting genocide. The AntiDefamation League is very clear that there is a legal definition. For genocide, and while it fits the goal of Hamas (to kill every Jew in existence, and then every Non-Muslim), the goal of Israel is simply to eradicate Hamas.
