Israel is not blocking food or anything else. Hamas is. When the food comes in, Hamas stops it. These people aren't starving. Look at their bodies. If they had been starving, their bodies would have been skin and bone. They are not.

There is no genocide. There are 2.2 million people in Gaza. 15 million, mostly Jihadi, have been killed. Yes, civilians have got in the way, but that's because Hamas won't let them leave the hospitals or schools where they are, so they get killed.
