Interesting comment. I am often derided for what I write - been going on for 30 years no. It can be painful. I don't know why I continue.

My daughter tells me that I am a good, kind person, but that I am not a nice person, and that nice people are often not good, kind people, that the majority of people out there confuse the two.

Of course, it's no comfort to me. I'm about done with writing, and will fade out as soon as it is possible for me to do so (I write for a living).
