Spatial coordination and sensory capability have nothing to do with solving problems.
Also, in other stories, I have spoken about logical and deductive intelligence and have had all sorts of flack thrown at me - including lots of Gardner about there being lots of types of intelligence.
I believe that intelligence as measured by IQ tests very specifically measures problem solving through the use of logical deduction.
