I lived in the States for 11 years. There is no way, from your point of view, that you lived in Africa for 11 years. America is one country. Africa has 54 countries - none of which share a particular culture. So you went to a country in Africa on holiday?

In Africa - the 54 countries in Africa, that is - there are just as many evil people as there are good people. People who rape babies are not wonderful people. People who rape or kidnap schoolgirls are not wonderful people. People who murder and rob are not wonderful people,

Sometimes people are responsible for their own problems, and in Africa, there are just as many people responsible for their own difficulties as there are in America or any other country.
