In 2010/11 I was doing very well publishing on Smashwords. I even had bestseellers on itunes in the UK and Australia. then I joined Kindle Select and withdrew all my books from the other publishers. I never sold another book.

It devastated me, and I only started writing again two years ago (books, that is).

With the amalgamation of D2D and Smashwords, I see great things happening.

I was dismayed to see that Amazon now gives even less profit on books than they used to.
