I can't find the link that I read years ago about whether only a small precentage of human beings are born leaders. I do know this. What passes for leadership today - patronizing one's staff so that they like one enough to do what they are told - is not leadership.

There is precious little leadership around today. A leader is someone who points the way to go, who solves the problem. Whether people follow or not is up to them.
