I'm not American. I'm German. I went from Germany to Portugal. i have lived in many European countries. I am currently living in Ireland.
What on earth makes you think I left America to go to Portugal? I did immigrate to America in 2003 from the UK. I left in 2014 because I'm accustomed to the European way of doing things, to strong labour laws, and many other things.
As someone who relocated to Portugal (not immigrated) from Dusseldorf, and as someone who is fully cognisant of my rights as a European citizen, I can give you a 100% guarantee that Portugal is NOT carrying out her part of the agreement.
And if you had lived in as many EU countries as I have, then you would have known that I was accurate.
I suggest you check your assumptions at the door. I am informed - far more than you are, it seems. As I lived there for nine months, I think I have a fair idea of the country. If you had any knowledge of Germany, you would have known that Schlesinger is a German name.
