I'm just curious what wouldn't be worth it. The money earned? Or the number of followers you would get?

Vocal pays you peanuts. I can't imagine anyone stupid enough to think that $3.80 for 1000 reads is acceptable. That was a model used some 20 years ago.

Just for the record, I've had articles that I wrote 7 or 8 years ago that have been paying me between $20 and $80 per month for all that time. Sometimes it's high. Other times it's low, but I have earned every single month on those articles written a very long time ago.

Same system on Quora. So I'm curious as to why you think it wouldn't be worth it.
