I’m a bit bemused about your reply. Nobody should ever try to sell anything. Nor should people try to influence others. That’s unethical.
The responsibility for understanding different political systems (or anything) rests solely with the individual. It is a personal responsibility to read widely, understand how things work, and vote on that basis.
That is why an uneducated electorate is dangerous in a democracy. Ignorant people vote in devious people and ignorant systems.
For the record, I’m 70 years old. Which view is it that you think I haven’t heard a thousand times before?
