I'm 70 years old (Well, will be next week). I've spent 40 years in Africa, 11 years in the USA, and the rest of the time in the EU and the UK.

I hardly think that is a short time. Why would you think I have lived in all these places in a short time?

For example, I first lived in London in 1975/76, and I lived in London in the 90s, and I returned, briefly, in 2014. I lived in Scotland for a year, etc.

I've lived in several countries more than once. I just meant that in the past 7 years, that topic has never come up. However, I arrived in the States when I was 52 years old, and up to that time had never heard people speak about 'liberty.'
