I'll tell you why Biden isn',t stepping down - for the same reason he never stepped up in the 2020 election. If you remember, he was a late entry, put there by the DNC. The reason there isn't someone else running is because the DNC needs someone to keep to the neo- liberal economic system.

Biden hasn't stepped down because the DNC hasn't released him.

I'm pretty sure Trump will be president, and I'm also pretty sure that the DNC cannot conceive Biden losing.
