If the only motivation for learning more was money, then humanity would not have progressed. The reason we have the arseholes we do in the medical profession and other high paying jobs is because these people are motivated by money. Clearly we mix with different types of people. I have never studied for moeny. I study because I'm intensely itnerested. Most of the world's real inventors never got rich, and there is a direct correlation between gifted people and the lack of desire to make money.
